Welcome to the Make My Vid platform. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Make My Vid and remote editors (hereafter referred to as “Editors”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage with Make My Vid.

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to Make My Vid, its clients, and any project materials. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All edited content remains the property of Make My Vid. Editors may not use or distribute any content without written consent from Make My Vid.

6. Communication Protocol

Editors are strictly prohibited from communicating directly with clients outside of the official chat portal provided on our website. All communications regarding projects must occur through this portal.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be detailed in the individual agreements. Editors are required to submit invoices in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if there is a breach of these Terms that is not rectified within a specified timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make My Vid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the engagement.

10. Indemnification

Editors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Make My Vid from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from their actions during the engagement.
