We had the privilege of collaborating with JLL India on a distinctive corporate video project focused on the themes of diversity, inclusivity, and equity within their organization. This project was structured around a two-phase process to ensure a comprehensive and engaging storytelling approach.
Scripting & Creative Concept:
Collaborative Scripting: In partnership with the JLL team, we developed a series of couplets, where each couplet represented a different employee, highlighting their individual contributions to the diverse workforce.
Couplet Poem Format: The script was creatively structured as a "couplet poem," with each stanza dedicated to specific employee segments. This innovative format added an emotional and artistic layer to the storytelling, engaging viewers and making the narrative more memorable.
Video Shoot Across 3 Cities:
Coordinated Logistics: Conducted a complex, multi-city video shoot across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Gurgaon. This involved filming employees from various departments in a single day, requiring meticulous planning and coordination.
On-Site Creative Direction: Provided real-time creative direction at each location to ensure that the concept and narrative remained consistent. This involved overseeing the shoot, guiding employees during interviews, and capturing the essence of each individual’s story.
Post-Production & Animation:
Superhero Representation: The client envisioned representing their employees as superheroes while preserving their authentic voices in the brand film. To achieve this, we incorporated Marvel-style animations that transformed employee photos into animated superhero versions, effectively merging creativity with employee empowerment.
Seamless Integration: The editing process focused on weaving together footage from all three cities into a cohesive film that encapsulated the diversity and strength of JLL's workforce.
